Our Genesis

Metanoia is an Africa based international pharmaceutical consulting company that exists to assist international and local companies to explore and navigate the African pharmaceutical space calmly and to realise the investment opportunity it presents.

We listened to all the myths and misconceptions about the African pharmaceutical market and the developing local industry. We heard the varied, but mostly inaccurate and prejudiced views about the possibility of the local production of pharmaceuticals on the continent;and were struck by the conviction with which many speak about the African market and industry, despite a clear lack of knowledge and proper information about Africa as a continent generally; and the pharmaceutical market and opportunity specifically One day, we decided that it was enough, that it was time to debunk all these uninformed notions about the African continent and the pharma market and provide evidence-based information and data that would help companies seriously considering entry into these markets, and to assist them to cut through the noise and realise the massive opportunity that Africa and its Pharma market present.

It was this courageous/bold decision that gave birth to Metanoia Pharma Consulting.
